Arabella is an experienced sustainability strategy consultant, with a background in both biodiversity conservation and business strategy. She is a Principal Consultant in our Nature Strategies team, leading work to support our clients to reduce their nature-related impacts and capitalise on the associated opportunities.

Arabella joined us after 3 years at Deloitte, where she helped clients from across the public and private sectors to transition to sustainable business models and embed sustainability at the core of their value proposition. She spent time in operations consulting, programme managing large tech transformations, and corporate strategy development. She also worked to develop Deloitte's nature offering and attended the UN Biodiversity COP15 on behalf of the EMEA firm.

Before her consultancy work, Arabella worked as a conservation practitioner with BirdLife International and as a field researcher for a local conservation NGO in Borneo. All of Arabella’s work is underpinned by her strong theoretical understanding of biodiversity, having completed an MSc in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management at the University of Oxford and a Natural Sciences Undergraduate degree at the University of Cambridge.
