Amanda Woods

Amanda is a senior HR Professional having over 30 years of experience in HR. She has significant experience in all areas of HR having chosen to focus on being a full HR generalist which includes training, recruitment, reward and recognition, organisational development, and employee relations, to name but a few.
Her background comes from working in Life Sciences, Insurance, Manufacturing and Corporate Telecoms/IT which has given her experience in a wide range of different industries. Before joining The Biodiversity Consultancy, Amanda worked for a Biotechnology start-up with her role focused on supporting the Company in their scale-up phase.
Amanda is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
