Edwin Pynegar is a conservation scientist and impact evaluation specialist with over ten years’ experience working in academic research and non-profit organizations before joining the Biodiversity Consultancy.
Edwin brings to TBC experience designing and implementing incentive-based, multi-stakeholder forest and water conservation programs in Latin America and Africa, as well as undertaking large-scale experimental evaluations of program effectiveness.
At TBC he develops products and strategies to enable implementation of rigorous, high-quality monitoring and evaluation strategies by clients, as well as working to identify and develop usable, science-based metrics for stakeholder reporting. He holds a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD from Bangor University.
