Lucy Salmon

Lucy brings over seven years' experience working with organisations to develop and implement sustainability strategies, and report and communicate progress to various stakeholders. At The Biodiversity Consultancy, Lucy works predominantly with consumer goods and fashion brands to drive positive outcomes in sustainable supply chains.
 
Prior to joining us, Lucy was in the Sustainability and Climate Change team at Deloitte in Sydney, working on a broad range of projects across social and environmental sustainability including nature, climate, and human rights. With a passion for the fashion industry, Lucy set up her own circular economy baby clothes company in Sydney, aimed at reducing waste in the baby clothes industry.
 
Before moving to Australia, Lucy gained valuable experience in industry, working for both a UK tea company (teapigs) as Sustainability Lead, and for a supply chain transparency start-up (Provenance) focusing on helping consumer goods organisations communicate impact.
