Since joining The Biodiversity Consultancy in mid-2024, Tim Curtis has overall responsibility for the leadership of our work to support world-leading organisations on their nature positive journeys. Tim brings commercial experience of delivering change and impact at scale in the energy and environmental sector. With seven years as Managing Director at global environment and engineering firm Ricardo, Tim has a strong track record as a business leader specialising in the environment and sustainability.  

Tim's experience will help our clients understand potential technical solutions, evaluate economic effectiveness, and assess the environmental impact of their actions. He fosters a collaborative and results-oriented environment at The Biodiversity Consultancy, driving innovation with a pragmatic and approachable leadership style. His proven track record in navigating complex international markets and cultivating strong partnerships is instrumental in our aims for the future.
