Tom Gillham
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Tom is responsible for all financial aspects of the business along with the facilitation of The Biodiversity Consultancy’s growth and development.
Tom has broad experience across multiple industries, working in Finance, Operations, M&A, and Strategy. Having spent recent years working as a Fractional CFO and Management Consultant he has enjoyed driving financial and operational change in start-ups, SMEs and large multi-nationals alike.
With a recent focus on seeking out business and tech-for-good roles Tom is exceptionally passionate about environment and biodiversity. In full alignment with The Biodiversity Consultancy’s strategic vision, Tom is firmly of the view that our blend of scientific expertise and commercial pragmatism is the fastest, most profitable route to a nature positive future.
Outside of work Tom is an avid Scuba Diver. During his time in Honduras working as an instructor he met his now wife and they relocated back to the UK where they now live with their three daughters.
